“Last weekend, I decided to take a little break from Milan, from the office, the factory, and our temporary shop, to do something I had been wanting for a while: to spend precious time, just me and my son. We set off for London together, with the goal of exploring the city and enjoying every moment, just the two of us, during this special phase of his adolescence.
We both came from an intense period, each carrying our own load of fatigue and responsibilities: me with the company, him with high school. In those first moments, there were some small tensions, partly from exhaustion, partly from the need to truly switch off. Those moments, however, soon faded, turning into laughter and shared joy as we relaxed into vacation mode. We walked for miles, visited the National Gallery, and stopped by all the stores he had enthusiastically bookmarked on his phone. It was an intense weekend, filled with emotions and discoveries. London amazed me once again, brimming with energy and creative inspiration.
I returned to Milan with a light heart and my mind full of new ideas for the upcoming collections. As soon as I got back, I wrote down everything in my notes, as I always do when inspiration comes in such a special way. I can’t wait to share with you all that will come from this beautiful experience.”
