The nappa leather we selected this morning is wonderful!
I’m told I don’t communicate enough and that I should create content; you’re right, but I only speak when I’m sure I have something sensible and important to share, and these leathers are just that!
I decided to share this image in advance because we’re in full production mode!
Everything starts right now, everything goes through here!

5) Trimmed
6) Dyed
7) Elasticized, laced
8) Finally stitched
9) Lined
10) Pressed
11) Checked, packaged, and shipped!
I check the production every morning! It’s now a well-established habit that allows me to understand how the work is progressing and, most importantly, helps me correct any errors and improve.
In addition, it’s an important moment for communication and collaboration with my colleagues. Good work to all!
