Art. 29cc, the driving glove you barely feel

The 29cc was born from an idea that, for us, has always felt natural: one material for each task. The back is in cotton crochet, worked stitch by stitch by hand, light and airy even on the warmest days. The palm is in deerskin, soft yet full of character, perforated with small holes that let it breathe and that, together with the natural grain of the leather, keep the grip steady on the wheel in every season, whether it’s July or January.
It has short fingers and is entirely unlined, a choice that gives the hand maximum sensitivity: the crochet continues to cover the knuckles and part of the fingers even where the leather of the palm stops, leaving only the fingertips bare, in direct contact with the wheel. The cuff, barely an inch long, leaves the arm free in every movement. A small elastic on the palm side keeps the glove in place without the need to tighten anything. Those who drive a vintage car, where the wheel is often slimmer and the gesture more direct, appreciate this lightness even more: the glove follows the hand, it doesn’t hold it back.
