Our first concern is to make sure we satisfy our client with a pair of luxury gloves that will last over time and will give emotions… an accessory one can rely on! Many clients come to us and ask us for the replacement of fur linings even 10 or 15 years after buying their gloves just because they have grown affectionate to their gloves and they just don’t want to part from them. I believe this is the best guarantee for whoever has to decide the purchase of any product. Purchase habits have changed and the fact that buying the same thing at cheaper and cheaper prices adds a lot of confusion and disappointment.
